Monday 4th March - Thriving in Adversity with Craig Hickford.

Craig opens the series, by sharing his story of recovery from a traumatic brain injury.

Monday 18th March  - Growth Mindset with Julie Woods.

Renowned inspirational speaker “That Blind Woman” speaks about the power of two little words: Why Not?

Monday 15th April - Building Resilience with Dr Lucy Hone.

Dr Lucy Hone, a thought leader in the field of resilience psychology helps turn complex science into useable tools.

Monday 29th April - Motivation & Confidence with Gary Endacott.

Gary has never let his disability stop his burning desire to succeed. In his words “Attitude is everything”.

Monday 13th May - The Power of Nutrition with Simon Challies.

Simon's lived experience with Parkinson's Disease has inspired his passion for the life-changing impact of nutrition.

Monday 27th May - Reflections - Group Workshop

Share your reflections on what you have learned from this series and how you will use these tools.

Each talk is priced at $10, or you can opt for a bundle of all five at only $40. The group workshop is FREE.
